AirAsia BIG Loyalty Programme is owned and operated by Think BIG Digital, a subsidiary of AirAsia, and our shareholders are AirAsia and AIMIA. AirAsia BIG enables its members to enjoy the lowest flight rates across all countries served by AirAsia. Our Loyalty Programme makes all seats redeemable by points, among other member-exclusive privileges including 24-hour priority booking for AirAsia sales.
Exclusive to our members, the AirAsia BIG Final Call Sale delivers the lowest AirAsia flight deals. Happening every first Monday of each month and for seven days, members can redeem their favourite travel destinations from as low as 500 AirAsia BIG Points.
AirAsia BIG was named the Loyalty Programme of the Year in 2016, and won gold for Best Regional Loyalty Marketing Campaign, Best Use of Direct Marketing, and Best Use of Social at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2016.
Our loyalty programme was officially launched in November 2011 in Malaysia, followed by Indonesia in December of the very same year. Thailand launched in February 2012, and Singapore in September 2013. We pride ourselves in having an average of 170,000 new member sign-ups monthly, resulting in numbers of over 17 million members from across the Asia-Pacific region, that enjoy retail, e-commerce, travel and lifestyle rewards from over 100 programme partners across the region.
