Teleport.Social Service - Terms and Conditions

By participating in this program (“Program”) for the purchase or redemption of the services (“Teleport.Social Service”) offered by Teleport Commerce Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as REDCARGO Logistics Sdn. Bhd.) (“Teleport.Social”) and goods offered by merchants listed on Teleport.Social’s platforms, which includes website and apps (“Merchant Goods”), you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) from time to time which are legally binding.


BIG Points as a form of payment at Teleport.Social website

  1. The option to use BIG Points as a form of payment for Teleport.Social Service and/or Merchant Goods (collectively, the “Products”) on the Dedicated Website (as defined hereinafter) is only available for BIG Members (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “BIG Loyalty” and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID”, which is issued by BL, at the point of purchase of the Products).

  2. Any deduction of BIG Points as a form of payment is only available at a minimum knock-off rate of 125 BIG Points for every RM1 used (“Redemption Rate”) for purchase of any Products.

  3. Any deduction of BIG Points as form of payment towards purchase of the Products is only available as a multiplication of 125 BIG Points based on the Redemption Rate.

  4. The Redemption Rate is subject to change and BL reserves the right to fix and change the Redemption Rate, impose additional restrictions and/or conditions in using BIG Points as form of payment from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion, and all such decisions by BL shall be deemed final and conclusive and BL will not entertain any complaint or dissatisfaction in relation thereto.

  5. BIG Members remain liable to settle any remaining amount if the total amount of BIG Points of such BIG Member is not sufficient to cover the entire cost of the Products. Payment can be made via any available venue as per the terms and conditions set by Teleport.Social.

  6. Once payment is made, BIG Members shall direct all queries, products or services related issues with respect to the Products to Teleport.Social and/or its respective merchants and BL is not responsible for the actual products or services redeemed/purchased by BIG Member or the fulfilment thereof. The Program does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement by BL of (the quality, service level or rating of) any product or service listed, offered or sold on the Dedicated Website. BL hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, fitness, merchantability, suitability, status or adequacy of any product or service listed on the Dedicated Website and/or sold by Teleport.Social on the Dedicated Website.

  7. Once a purchase has been made using BIG Points as form of payment, no refund of BIG Points is allowed, and any refund is strictly subjected to Teleport.Social’s refund policy as applicable.

  8. By using BIG Points as a payment currency for purchases with Teleport.Social, BIG Members are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by BL from time to time) which are legally binding.

  9. BIG Members who are suspended or blacklisted under the BIG Loyalty Program are not entitled to use BIG Points as form of payment for purchases with Teleport.Social.


Award of BIG Points

  1. BIG Points shall be awarded to every BIG Member for the purchase of the Products through debit or credit card at the award rate of one (1) BIG Point for every spend of RM1 (“Awards Ratio”) on the Dedicated Website. 

  2. For the avoidance of doubt, 100% redemption of BIG Points for the Products will not be eligible for award of BIG Points.

  3. To qualify for the award of BIG Points, BIG Members must link their BIG membership account on  https://teleport.social/ (“Dedicated Website”) and make a purchase on the Dedicated Website.

  4. Any transaction made using a foreign currency will be converted into MYR based on Teleport.Social’s daily currency conversion rate prior to BIG Points awarding.

  5. BIG Points will be credited to the eligible BIG Member’s account within 30 days from the delivery or end collection date of the purchases. No BIG Points will be awarded for incomplete, cancelled, invalid or refunded purchases. 

  6. Usage of BIG Points is subject to BIG Membership Terms and Conditions. 

  7. BL will not entertain any claims for BIG Points in the event BIG Members have failed to link their BIG Member account prior to any of the aforementioned purchase on the Dedicated Website. Retro-claims by BIG Members for the award of BIG Points will not be entertained. Any request by BIG Members to verify their BIG Member account or to be eligible for BIG Points after redemption or completion of purchase without verifying their respective BIG Member account will not be entertained.

  8. BL reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of successful order and/or identity of BIG Members at any point of time.

  9. BL reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the award of BIG Points from time to time without any prior notice to BIG Members and/or to change BIG Points Award Ratio at any time without any prior notice.

  10. BL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, decline or reject any transaction by BIG Member(s) and/or not to award or to retract or forfeit the award of BIG Points from any BIG Member if BL believes or has reason to suspect that the BIG Member has (singularly or jointly with any other BIG Member) undertaken fraudulent practice(s) and/or activities with respect to the purchase of any products or services through this Program in order to earn BIG Points or undertaken any activities (including but not limited to fraudulent activities) harmful to the Program or to BL.

  11. BL reserves the right to use any collected personal data and/or images of BIG Members who have redeemed and/or earned BIG Points on the Dedicated Website pursuant to this Program in accordance with BL’s privacy policy and such BIG Members are deemed to have consented to such use with no monetary payment whatsoever.

  12. BIG Members may be contacted with respect to any matter in relation to this Program or the ‘BIG Loyalty Program’, at any time deemed appropriate by BL, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by BL.

  13. BL reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by BL shall not entitle BIG Members to any claim or compensation against BL for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

  14. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other Program. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail and supersede.

  15. BL reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice. BL’s decision in relation to all aspects herein including the award of BIG Points to eligible BIG Members is deemed final, binding and conclusive under all circumstances and no correspondence, complaint or appeal whatsoever will be entertained.
