By participating under this program for the purchase or redemption of Fave Deals and FavePay (“Fave Products”), you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of BL (and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by BL from time to time) which are legally binding.

BIG Points as a form of payment at Fave app

1. The option to use BIG Points as a form of payment for Fave Products is only available for BIG Members (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE SDN.BHD. (formerly known as BIG Loyalty Sdn. Bhd.) (“BL”) under the name “BIG Loyalty” and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by BL at the point of purchase of Fave Products on Fave app.

2. Any deduction of BIG Points as a form of payment is only available at a minimum knock-off rate of 150 BIG Points for every RM1 used (“Rate”) for purchase of Fave Products.

3. The Rate of BIG Points is subject to change and BL reserves the right to determine and revise the Rate of BIG Points, impose additional restrictions and/or conditions in using the BIG Points as a form of payment from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion, and all such decisions by BL shall be deemed final and conclusive and BL will not entertain any complaint or dissatisfaction in relation thereto.

4. Once purchased, BIG Members shall direct all queries, products or services related issues with respect to Fave Products to Fave and/or its respective merchants and BL is not responsible for the actual products or services redeemed/purchased by BIG Member or the fulfilment thereof. The program does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement by BL of (the quality, service level or rating of) any product or service listed, offered or sold in Fave app. BL hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, fitness, merchantability, suitability, status or adequacy of any product or service listed in Fave’s app and/or sold by Fave.

5. Once a purchase has been made using BIG Points as Form of Payment, no refund of BIG Points is allowed, and any refund is strictly subjected to FAVE’s refund policy as applicable.

Award of BIG Points

1. BIG Points shall be awarded to every BIG Member for the successful purchase of Fave Products on Fave app through debit or credit card at the award rate of one (1) BIG Point for every spend of RM5.

2. To qualify for the award of BIG Points, BIG Members must first have successfully verified his or her BIG Member account through a link in the Fave mobile application prior to the purchase of Fave Products and remain connected for a minimum period of seven (7) days upon successful purchase of Fave Products. BIG Points may not be able to be awarded to the BIG Member’s account in the event of disconnection by the BIG Member of the link in the Fave mobile application before the completion of the seven (7) days. In the event the BIG Member has disconnected the link, BIG Members will have to call the Fave customer service to request for their BIG Points in respect of the Fave Products if the points have yet to be awarded after the expiry of all cancellation periods (unless the purchase has been cancelled by the BIG Member).

3. BIG Points will not be awarded for cancelled, invalid, incomplete or refunded purchases or purchases made or redeemed with any promotion code, Fave vouchers, Fave credit(s), merchant credit(s) or BIG Points.

4. The award of BIG Points will be credited to BIG Members account within seven (7) days upon successful purchase and is subject to Fave’s Product’s terms and conditions including all the refund policies as applicable for every item ordered or paid for by BIG Member through this program.

5. Subject to para (6), retro-claims by BIG Members for the award of BIG Points will not be entertained. Any request by BIG Members to verify their BIG Member account or to be eligible for BIG Points after completion of purchase without verifying their respective BIG Member account will not be entertained.
