Terms and Conditions of BIG Xchange
1. By using this BIG Xchange hub, you are deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the BIG Xchange programme (“BIG Xchange Programme”) as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions as may be stipulated by BIGLIFE Sdn Bhd (formerly known as BIG Rewards Sdn Bhd and Think BIG Digital Sdn Bhd) (“BIG”) and/or our loyalty partner (“Loyalty Partner”) from time to time.
2. To qualify and participate in the BIG Xchange Programme, you must;
a. be an existing BIG Member, having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “BIG Rewards Programme” and have a BIG Rewards Membership account, with a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by BIG at the time of conducting your conversion transaction; and
b. have a valid/active partner loyalty membership (“Partner Loyalty Membership”) with sufficient
points to convert.
3. You confirm that for the purposes of participating in the BIG Xchange Programme offered and/or operated by the loyalty partner and/or BIG, the sharing, transfer, retrieval, updating and processing of your personal information and data related to your BIG and Partner Loyalty Membership account (including your BIG and/or Partner Member ID and balance of BIG and/or Partner Loyalty Points) may occur between BIG and the Loyalty Partner , and you agree and consent to the processing and sharing of your personal information and data for purposes of the same.
4. Details of the exchange ratio from the Partner’s Loyalty Points to BIG Points (BP) or vice versa (if applicable) is available on the airasiabig.com website under ‘Points Conversion’. The conversion ratio may be revised from time to time by BIG and/or Loyalty Partner as deemed fit and necessary. .
5. BP or Partner Loyalty Points converted will be credited to your BIG Membership account or Partner Loyalty Membership account within the same day upon completion of the conversion request.
6. BIG reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any BIG Member’s account and/or to forfeit the BPs from any BIG Member it believes has undertaken suspicious or fraudulent practices and/or activities or other activities harmful to the BIG Xchange Programme or BIG.
7. BPs are not exchangeable and/or transferable for cash. The usage of BPs and your membership
is subject to the BIG Rewards Programme’s separate terms and conditions.
8. BIG accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected conversion requests made by any BIG Member whether due to error,
omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise. BIG shall further bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the members in connection with the BIG Xchange Programme.
9. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials related to the BIG Xchange Programme.
10. BIG reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice. BIG’s decision in relation to all aspects of the BIG Xchange Programme (where it relates to BIG) is final and conclusive under all circumstances.
11. The usage of Partner Loyalty Points shall be in accordance with the Partner’s Loyalty
Membership terms and conditions.
12. Upon conversion from BP to Partner Loyalty Points, Loyalty Partner is fully responsible for all fulfilment and customer service in connection with Partner Loyalty Points (and the goods and/or services related to redemption of Partner Loyalty Points thereto) and for supplying and fulfilling all goods and services as specified by Loyalty Partner. BIG shall not be liable or held accountable (to BIG Members or Loyalty Partner’s merchants) for any complaint, dispute, claim, loss and/or damages suffered or alleged to be suffered by any individual in relation to the use or redemption of Partner Loyalty Points (and the goods and services in relation thereto).
13. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
UP TO 100% BONUS BIG POINTS - BIG XCHANGE INSTANT CONVERSION REGIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This “Up to 100% Bonus BIG Points – BIG Xchange Instant Conversion Regional Campaign” [“Campaign”] is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. [“Organiser”].
2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants [“Participants”] will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto.
3. The Campaign is open to all BIG Members who (i) have a valid and an existing BIG Member account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “BIG Rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by the Organiser and (ii) hold valid loyalty membership accounts offered by the Organiser's partners listed in accordance with the respective countries below ("Organiser's Partners") :-
4. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Condition is a condition of entry.
5. This Campaign shall commence from 1st August 2021 (00:00) (GMT +8) and ends on 31st August 2021 (23:59) (GMT +8), (both dates inclusive) or until full utilization of the 1,500,000 Bonus BIG Points made available pursuant to this Campaign, whichever is earlier, (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit without notice and/or liability to Participant.
6. Subject to fulfilment of Clause 3 above, to qualify and participate in the Campaign, Participants must also fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):-
6.1. By using the BIG Xchange instant conversion method, convert any of the Organiser’s Partners’ rewards points to BIG Points in a single transaction at the conversion ratio set by the respective Organiser’s Partners during the Campaign Period via BIG Xchange platform on the BIG Rewards mobile application or AirAsia website (airasia.com) or AirAsia mobile application (each a “Dedicated Platform”), to be entitled to receive bonus BIG Points (“Bonus BIG Points”) based on the BIG Points conversion tier set in the following table below (on a first-come-first-served basis) in addition to the regular BIG Points (“Regular BIG Points”) received pursuant to the points conversion transaction and ratio as determined by the Organiser and Organiser’s Partners: -

7. All Bonus BIG Points are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis as the total Bonus BIG Points allocated for this Campaign is capped at 1,500,000 Bonus BIG Points only. Once the total 1,500,000 Bonus BIG Points is fully utilized, there will be no more Bonus BIG Points awarded to the Participants.
8. Regular BIG Points received pursuant to the points conversion transaction made via the BIG Xchange platform (instant conversion) will be credited to the eligible Participant's BIG Member account instantly upon successful conversion of the points.
9. Bonus BIG Points earned through this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant's respective BIG Member account within fifteen (15) working days after the Campaign Period ends or any other period as deemed fit by the Organisers.
10. Once the rewards/ loyalty points of the Organiser's Partners are converted to BIG Points, the BIG Points cannot be changed, cancelled or converted back to the rewards/ loyalty points of the Organiser's Partners.
11. The rewards/ loyalty points of the Organiser's Partners and BIG Points cannot be reversed or be exchanged for cash. Usage of BIG Points is subject to BIG Membership Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasiabig.com.
12. The Organiser reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of points conversion transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary information and/or documents to the Organiser upon request. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
14. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to continue as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign without notice and liability to Participants.
15. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to retract or forfeit the BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points from any Participant if it believes the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to earn the BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points or undertaken in any activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser.
16. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
17. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected conversion or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
18. The Organiser its, subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
19. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
20. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
21. Terms and conditions of the respective Organiser’s Partners shall also apply and can be found at their respective websites and/or platforms.
22. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
