Terms and Conditions for “Maybank 30% Bonus Conversion Campaign” – Maybank
1. This “Maybank 30% Bonus Conversion Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as BIG Loyalty Sdn. Bhd) (“BIG”) and Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”) (jointly referred to as the “Organisers”).
2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional and amended terms and conditions stipulated by the Organisers as may be published by Maybank via Maybank2u website (www.maybank.com.my) and/or through any other mode of communication as determined by Maybank, including the decisions of the Organisers in all matters related thereto. It shall be the responsibility of Participants to be informed of or otherwise seek out any such notice validly posted.
3. Information on how to participate in the Campaign forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a pre-condition of entry.
4. This Campaign runs from 1 October 2019, 00:00 (GMT +8) to 15 October 2019, 23:59 (GMT +8); inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”), unless stated otherwise. The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as they deem fit with reasonable prior notice.
5. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements
(a) must be an existing BIG member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “BIG Loyalty”) and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign; (b) must be a valid Maybank principal credit cardholder at the point of participation in the Campaign with sufficient Maybank Treats Points or Membership Rewards Points to perform the conversion of points pursuant to this Campaign; (c) one time SMS Registration must be made by Participants using their mobile telephone by
sending a text message during Campaign Period. - Type MAB<space>12-digit NRIC Number<space>AirAsia BIG Membership Number* and
send to 66628 (E.g. MAB 810121XXXXXX 2230072180) - For non-Malaysian Participants, type MAB<space>Passport Number recorded in Maybank system<space>AirAsia BIG Membership Number* and send to 66628 (E.g. MAB B1234567 2230072180) - *AirAisa BIG membership number are either 10 or 16 digits (d) Subject to a minimum of 1,000 BIG Points in a single transaction, convert their Maybank Treats Points or Membership Rewards to BIG Points during the Campaign Period at the prevailing conversion ratio.

Winners of the Prizes will be selected on random basis within sixty (60) days from the end of the Campaign Period. Winners announcement will be made via AirAsia BIG Facebook page no later than sixty  days from the end of the Campaign Period.
6. To convert the Maybank Treats Points or Membership Rewards to BIG Points, Participants are required to: a. Call 1300 88 6688 and speak to the Customer Service Executives to redeem TreatsPoints or
Call 1800 88 9559 to redeem Membership Rewards Points, OR b. Complete and email redemption form to firstname.lastname@example.org, OR c. Walk-in to any Maybank Card Centre in Menara Maybank, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, KLCC or The Gardens Mall. Once a conversion request is made, the conversion cannot be revoked or reversed.
7. In addition to the regular BIG Points received pursuant to this Campaign (“Regular BIG Points”), eligible Participants (subject to fulfilment of all the Campaign Requirements) will also receive 30% extra BIG Points from the Regular BIG Points (“Bonus BIG Points”) for every qualified conversion transaction (i.e. a minimum conversion of 1,000 BIG Points) pursuant to this Campaign, capped at 20,000 BIG Points per conversion transaction. Regular BIG Points and Bonus BIG Points will be credited to the eligible Participants’ BIG member account within sixty (60) days from the successful points conversion date.
8. The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of a transaction and Participant’s account. Without limitation to the foregoing, Participants agree to provide a copy of their identification card to the Organisers upon request. The Organisers’ decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign is final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
9. Only Participants that fulfil the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be eligible to receive the Regular BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points and/or Prizes through this Campaign. Participants that fail to fulfil the Campaign Terms and Conditions will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice.
10. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the Regular BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
12. The Organisers reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organisers.
13. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organisers, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organisers.
14. The Regular BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points and/or Prizes are not reversible, exchangeable and/or transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The usage of Regular BIG Points and/or Bonus BIG Points is subject to the BIG Membership Terms and Conditions.
15. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign before the end of the Campaign Period with reasonable prior notice without assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organisers shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
16. The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected submission whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
17. The Organisers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense,
damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign and/or the Prizes.
18. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
19. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
